Jes is a mother, advocate, writer and intuitive. Residing in northern Ontario, Canada. She advocates for those grieving, facing chronic illness and self-development. She is the creator of the #injectwithme campaign on Instagram, to help normalize injection medications.
After nearly 15 years of battling health issues, Jes was diagnosed with ankylosing spondylitis after struggling with complex grief following pregnancy loss and the death of her father.
She shares her struggles how chronic illness and trauma affect her daily life, what healing from a lifetime of trauma looks like, and finding her authentic self through her writing for the HU family!
