Rachael Gehrke
Rachael was born in Michigan and moved to Tennessee as a child. Her issues with falling and staying asleep started at a young age. After a few years, Rachael was finally diagnosed with insomnia and has spent her adult life researching different ways to manage it.
Insomnia has not stopped her from living a fulfilling life. She enlisted in the military, worked for a non-profit organization serving veterans who were homeless or at risk for homelessness. She now works as a secretary to the dean of a local college while working on a bachelor's degree in social work. She is married with two children and a small army of cats and dogs. Rachael is passionate about helping those with insomnia and finding ways to help those who also struggle with it.
