    1. Hi . I can understand that. My two youngest just returned home from college, but life was definitely different when they were gone. Have you considered taking on any new hobbies? Maybe something that involves exercise, like walking or swimming or pickleball? Keeping your brain and body occupied after work might help with empty nest syndrome and might at least make a dent in your insomnia. Gentle hugs. - Lori (Team Member)

    2. I do well during my work days because I'm so busy. I'm a teacher. Once home and relaxing with my three 13-year-old indoor-only cats, I just struggle, I guess, with my mind thinking about too much and being stressed. Moreover, I guess I struggle with empty nest syndrome, too.
