Sleep drive is part of what regulates falling asleep and the quality and depth of our sleep. It's built up through the day through 2 things: being awake and being physically active!

You don't have to run a marathon to build sleep drive – incremental, small increases in your activity count too!

Have you noticed a shift in your sleep as a result of being more active? Please share your activities and observations in the comments!
