Hot Tip for a Hot Bath

We hear it from our doctors. We read it on the internet. And, our parents and grandparents have always told us that a hot bath can work wonders for our sleep. A warm bath can do this – but why?

Benefits beyond the buffer zone

It's my opinion that not only can baths be relaxing, and part of an evening buffer zone away from screens and overstimulation, but a warm bath could also be providing an important biological cue that is associated with sleep.
