"Fatigued. Had to take a Zopiclone to get 5 hours sleep. Woke up with a major headache. Feeling pretty tired (I also had major surgery on the 15th March) "

    hi! I've had insomnia since I was a child but it was only diagnosed at age 24-25 (I'm 36 now) and had to try SO many natural remedies (limited due to heart condition) and go see a sleep specialist and also do sleep hygiene before my previous Dr would prescribe the Zopiclone.
