Hi . You have a lot going on. That's for sure. Do you often take steroids for your MS flares? Here is an article from our MS sister community about the steroid/insomnia connection: https://multiplesclerosis.net/living-with-ms/insomnia-steroid. I thought it might interest you. Here is another about MS and painsomnia: https://multiplesclerosis.net/living-with-ms/painsomnia-journey. I would imagine the pain from your arthric pain makes sleeping uncomfortable as well. Do different positions help? Thinking of you. - Lori (Team Member)

that sounds so rough - and it's especially challenging to sleep when there's anxiety and ongoing anxious situations going on! I saw a lot of medication discussion in the thread so far but one option, if you have not explored it already, is cognitive behavioural therapy for insomnia. It's not like 'normal CBT' but sleep therapies incorporating these approaches can often be really helpful if they are appropriate for you (ask your provider). Here is some further information about it: https://insomnia.sleep-disorders.net/cbthttps://insomnia.sleep-disorders.net/clinical/three-factors-model
