Does your sleep worsen when going through a challenging time?

Have you ever grown through a difficult challenge in life and had some take-homes that you could apply to your sleep? What were they?

  1. I don't get my rhythm back. I don't sleep some nights. So the next night I'm tired enough to sleep the second night if I fight of an afternoon nap.
