  1. I havent tried them yet, I do stuggle to get off to sleep most nights... I have tried Magnesium and Ashwaganha previouisly but after some time taking them I think I need something a bit stronger... I might try some Melatonin but dont know where to start and what mg would be best? any ideas

    1. Hi . We're not medical experts, so keep that in mind. I don't take melatonin often but, when I do, I usually take 5 mg, sometimes, 10 mg, and I always stick with the same brand. Since melatonin is a not a drug, it isn't regulated. So, it's important to find a brand you can trust. Here is an article from the National Institutes of Health with tips for finding trustworthy supplements: https://ods.od.nih.gov/factsheets/WYNTK-Consumer/. I hope this helps. Keep in mind that melatonin can help you fall asleep, but it won't keep you asleep. If you do decide to use it, let me know how it goes. I'll be thinking of you. - Lori (Team Member)

  2. Welcome to the community, ! While I have not seen Olly mentioned specifically in our forums, many people report using melatonin for sleep. I use it myself sometimes with mixed results. It usually makes me sleepy, but if I miss the window for sleep (usually 30 minutes to an hour after I take it), the effect wears off and I struggle again. Here is an article from one of our health leaders that might interest you: https://insomnia.sleep-disorders.net/living/melatonin. Hopefully, others will chime in with their own experiences. Have you suffered with insomnia long? Warm wishes. - Lori (Team Member)
