is it optimal for self improvement (or time gain for studying etc) to cycle 'going to sleep 1 hour less regularly?

'would you reading this right now - say it is a bad for a person to go to bed 1 hour later regularly (at the days of days job job, going onto 'day off' ?

For the sake of study or self improvement to have an extra hour to do things.

Then say - get up the next day 1 hour later at 7 - then go to bed 1 hour earlier than previous day (9pm ) - would you say that is best optimal?

  1. Hi . That's a good question. Unfortunately, we are not medical experts and there are so many variables that it would be hard to even guess. For instance, a healthy person who regulary gets 8 hours of sleep each night would probably not suffer much from going to bed an hour later, but it might make a big difference for someone who already gets too little sleep, is sick or has a chronic illness. It can be a very individual decision. How do you feel about it? Do you think you would be negatively impacted? Warmly, Lori (Team Member)
