How has quarantine/COVID-19 life/stress impacted your Insomnia?

For me, getting out of the house less means less stimulation and general tiredness, which means worse sleep. Also being anxious and stressed has increased my middle of the night wake-ups and inability to fall back asleep. Would love to hear how it's affecting others!

  1. No fortunately. I live somewhere with no covid (virtually no covid). We have no restrictions. And while I'm extremely concerned globally, I'm fortunate it hasn't personally impacted me.

    1. I'm so glad that you're still feeling and doing well! I have no idea what it would be like to be living without COVID restrictions, but I'm so glad somewhere people are able to do so! <3
