CBD Gummies for Sleep

Insomnia is the trouble of falling asleep and staying asleep. Something that plagues more people than I think we realize. It could be caused by a myriad of things, conditions, and the like. So many of us are affected in different ways and often our insomnia presents uniquely. This could make treating things quite tricky, if you ask me. Our lives demand different things and we choose to live certain ways and are forced to live other ways. In all of this, we need to make sure that we take care of ourselves and do what we can to manage our insomnia.

Managing insomnia without medication

I have never been a fan of medication for sleep, this is my personal choice. It has just never been on my list of things to do. I have found alternative ways through the years to finally get some sleep. I am a great fan of magnesium sleep hygiene, guided meditation, and the like. This might not always work, but it works for me at varying times with different efficiency. Each person does and should do what is right for them, always. I do not judge and I do not think that my way is better than anyone else's. I just choose what works for me.

CBD gummies

A friend of mine recently introduced me to CBD gummies, which are legal where I live. Now, I have always known about the existence of edible gummies, but the ones I know have THC and they make me feel quite terrible. It gives me excessive vertigo, and it can last for days.

Sleep improvement

What I can tell you is that I am sleeping better, some nights I dare say I have slept well. That is combined with a good sleep routine, some walking, and some supplements. I am certainly better off than I was beforehand. I find that the quality of my sleep is better than it was before. There are certainly still some seriously bad nights and days but overall I have seen a good improvement.

What people don't tell you is how difficult it can be to adjust to actually getting some sleep. Even if it is not a full night's rest, it has taken me some time to feel and allow the impact to set in. I do feel like some of the brain fog lifts some days, but not always. So I shall continue down this path and see where it leads me.
