Doing strange things with arms/half asleep

Hi there,

For the past few nights I have found myself being half asleep and moving my arms around my head area.

For example, I would scratch my head for a long period of time, hold my fingers pressed on my nose, resting my hand on the top of my head, scratching my chin and holding my arm in an upright position in the air.

I seem to be half asleep and half aware that I am doing this.

I know it's a strange one and I don't quite know what this would be called so wondered if anyone could shed some light?

Does anyone else do this?
