Hiii guys i am new here. I surfer with insomnia because anxiety. Someone with some problem? And sucess stories?

How long has this been a problem for you? Some people get relief by treating their anxiety with medication and/or with counseling. Reduced anxiety in their lives allows them to sleep better at night. But many people have great success with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy - Insomnia (CBT-I). This article explains CBT-I better than I can: https://insomnia.sleep-disorders.net/cbt.
