I used to sleep late at night, after midnight...my duration of sleep was 7-8 hours...I suffered a couple sleepless night and incorporated 30 minutes of exercise and melatonin to my daily routine to fall asleep, I started sleeping early now since a few days...I fall asleep quickly, but the duration is reduced and I wake up very early...I feel like my body is confused, due to sudden change in sleep timings...what should I do? any suggestions?
