Infrared Sauna helps you sleep better

Hi I am Colleen Torres.

Recently got an Infrared Sauna, not for sleep issues but man, I am sleeping like a log now..
My history will show I'm in no way affiliated with any Sauna company. I got a single person unit mainly because of interesting research I see coming out of Finland. I'm passing this on as it may help others. If I do a sauna 2-3hrs before bed time, I am OUT. Even more amazing is I only wake 2-3 times to toss over, generally I toss and turn over 100 times a night easy. Massive help to me
