Hi . It must be frustrating to take medication for one issue only to have it cause another. Have you talked with your doctor about it? There are so many things that might help, incuding over-the-counter and prescription medications to help you reset, meditation, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT-I), but it's best to get a doctor's guidance, preferrably a sleep specialist's. Your doctor might also recommend anxiety medication, but you might really want to think about that if you have no history of chronic anxiety. Anxiety meds can be hard to wean off.
