Sleep Apps

Do you have any sleep apps on your phone that help track your sleep or help you fall asleep?

  1. A small percentage of children have medical conditions or other factors that are associated with excessive daytime sleepiness. These children have true “sleep disorders” requiring evaluation by a health care professional.

    1. I really like Relax Melodies. Depending on what I need that night, there are several different options and it is very helpful. The yearly subscription is affordable and it helps my husband sleep better who does not have insomnia. I also sleep with my ceiling fan on.

      1. Wow, that sounds really cool ! I may have to try that one out. Thanks for sharing! Warmly, Kristin (Team Member)

        1. I have an app called Sleep Aid Fan. It has three different types of fans and produces a nice white noise. It comes in very handy when I am on vacation and don't have my noisemaker. When I used it for the first time, I honestly didn't expect it to work, but it's been a lifesaver.
