Is taking sleep for 5-6 hours enough for boys?

It's been a while since I slept for more than 5 hours, and I don't know why I am facing insomnia, maybe it's my work or my environment. But I am losing my focus and credibility in my office. I request Insomnia's to provide some tips and advice which motivates me. I don't know how to cater for this.

  1. Hi . I am sorry it has taken a while for a response. Had you ever had issues like this before? Have you talked with your doctor about your sleep problems? Sleep needs are different for everyone, but it sounds getting less than five hours a night is impacting your overall health and quality of life. For that reason, it would be a good idea to talk with your doctor and to work on strategies that will enable you to get more sleep.
