I personally don’t use any gadgets but I’ve used some really helpful apps in the past (particularly Calm and some hypnosis apps). They didn’t necessarily help me sleep but they certainly relaxed me. I know a lot of people swear by white noise also. I did write an article about the types of sleep apps available that you might find interesting.
