In fact, I tend to scroll right on past posts that even mention the looming new year and all of the grand changes people are planning to make once the calendar hits January. Once upon a time, I did the same. I made short lists of insomnia new year resolutions and solutions I would like to improve; but, like most others, March saw the end of those efforts..."

  1. Better quality of sleep

    1. I hope you achieve it. Do you have any new strategies that might help? Thinking of you. - Lori (Team Member)

  2. Self care

    1. That's so cool! I have not heard of ADHA until now but I love Miles for Migraine and am so inspired by the people that travel to attend Headache on the Hill every year. <3 My father-in-law lives with chronic migraine so I really enjoy working with the lovely people on Migraine.com (and here)! -Melissa, team member

    2. it's actually AHDA. Alliance for Headache Disorders Advocacy. I definitely had a migraine typing those letters out. 🤔 They are very instrumental in Headache on the Hill, working on legislation, Flags for Headache, many amazing things.

  3. Do more meditation, deep breathing and relaxation techniques. More praying.

    1. this sounds like excellent ‘self care’ and self nurturing time, even if it wasn’t about improving sleep! Are these things you do regularly already or will you be learning more ways of doing these? Warmly, Tracy (Team Member)

  4. Yes
