Insomnia Community Advocate Carin LefkowitzDr. Carin Lefkowitz is a clinical psychologist trained in cognitive-behavioral therapy. She is particularly interested in the areas of trauma and insomnia and is passionate about making evidence-based treatments accessible to all. In her current position at the Center for Deployment Psychology, she teaches clinicians how to deliver gold-standard treatments for PTSD and insomnia and provides ongoing consultation. She is additionally an adjunct professor at Widener University's Institute for Graduate Clinical Psychology, where she is also an alumni. But her interest isn't only professional; as a proud night-owl and occasional insomniac, she has learned to take her own advice to get better sleep.
