Found Dr's. Could not help insomnia. On medication anti depressant, that made me sick.

  1. Hi . Is it your antidepressant that is making you sick? If so, you might want to talk to your pharmacist about ways to alleviate the side effects. Many antidepressants can cause acid reflux if they are not taken with food, at least in the beginning. If the pharmacist can't help, you can ask your doctor for something new. Thankfully, there are lots of effective antidepressants available. I hope you find one that helps with your insomnia as well. Best wishes. - Lori (Team Member)

      2. we appreciate your perspective on what you are experiencing. I know for me personally, It takes the management of many small things to keep it going when I am able to get some sleep and even then,it does not always help.

Have you been able to chat with your healthcare provider, to see what other alternatives you can access?

CBT therapy is certainly something at the forefront of treatment.
