Insomnia & Nightmares

Do nightmares ever disrupt your sleep? If so, how do you manage to get back to sleep afterward? Share below!

  1. Every night since I was about 3 years old. I'm 56.

    1. That's really tough. I have intense nightmares, but they're not nightly. Are there any particular strategies to use to comfort yourself after a nightmare? -Melissa, team member

    2. I'm used to them, unfortunately, even though I hate them, they're scary, and they make me sleep poorly. I e tried a nightmare prescription. It made them scarier, more vivid, and more frequent. I just live with them.
