Doctors don't get to the cause of depression and anxiety fast enough.

  1. Yes, it takes me 2 to 3 hours to fall asleep and then I wake up in an hour for another hour or two. By the time morning comes, I may have had a total of 3 hours sleep and it was not deep sleep. I have fatigue all day and cannot wake up to be sufficiently functional until the afternoon.
