I'm considering joining a few programs to help with my insomnia, including the Sleep Science Academy (SSA) and Sleep Coach School (SCS).
I certainly worry about sleep (it's hard not to when you don't do it well and you know and experience the negative consequence thereof), but I know that it is not the sole cause of my sleep problems (I have autism, ADHD, and OCD, all three of which are known to cause insomnia, and I've never been able to consistently fall asleep within 30 minutes). I had a consultation with SSA and the man there assured me that they do not believe that sleep anxiety is the only cause of insomnia, and they deal with other issues causing it. SCS looks cheaper but their material seems guided solely at sleep anxiety as a cause of insomnia, and I sent an email five days ago asking if they deal with other causes at all. I received no response. Does anybody here know if SCS deals with other causes of insomnia?
If you know any other options I can look at, feel free to give them to me.
