Im currently strong medication which i hate and yet I'm still not sleeping

  1. Hi . My heart goes out to you. Have you ever considered cognitive behavioral therapy - insomnia (CBT-I)? Here is an article about it that might interest you: https://insomnia.sleep-disorders.net/treatment. It requires a lot of commitment on the patient's part, but it has high success rates.
