False awakening

Had it for the first time and it messes with your head afterwards you can’t ttell whether your awake or not.And you try telling people by they have no idea what it is.I actually started crying because it was scary if your still dreaming even if you feel like your awake. This needs more ressesrch and attention.

  1. Hi . I see you are new here. Welcome to the community! Please know you are not alone in your experience. It's usually referred to as "lucid dreaming." Here is an article about it from our narcolepsy community: https://narcolepsy.sleep-disorders.net/living/navigating-reality-vs-dreams. Feel free to share it with those who don't understand. Have you suffered from insomnia long? Thinking of you. - Lori (Team Member)
