Keep waking up regualry

Hi i have had this problem for many years.

I get to sleep ok but then wake up 5-8 times a night. I can normally get back to sleep but sometimes i cant. Either way i never feel refreshed.

I have tried numerous things like melatonin cbd ashwaganga magnesium etc.

Does anyone have any suggestions or remedys?

  1. Hi i cant seem to see your reply on here but i noticed it on my phone. You mentioned sleep apnea. I don't know how to get tested for that in the uk. I am relatively slim and ive not been told i have any of the obvious indicators or reactions from my wife.

    I appreciate your help though and would welcome any more suggestions.

    1. Hi . Not all sleep apnea is weight-related. My brother-in-law is super fit and trim and he has it. He was diagnosed after a mini stroke at 51 years old. If you can't find anyone locally to test you, you can go online to work with a specialist and do a home sleep study. I did a home study. It was easy and comfortable. I was simply given a watch-like device with an electrode to stick on my chest and a monitor on my finger. I quickly forgot I was wearing it. It might be wise to at least rule out sleep apnea, if it's not too costly, before you investigate other possible causes. - Lori (Team Member)

  2. Hi . That must be awfully frustrating. Have you ever been evaluated for sleep apnea? Often, people who have sleep apnea notice only that they wake frequently and are often excessively tired during the day. Testing involves a simple sleep study that you can often do at home.
