When sleeping is hard

Hi,

I’m a newbie here. Like many, I struggle with sleep, and I’m not living in the UK.

My sleep difficulties started in childhood, with ups and downs over the years. I also have complex trauma, which I believe is a major trigger.

I’d love to connect with others who are dealing with trauma and its impact on sleep.

Thanks,
Samsara

I hope they jump in here for some good conversation. In the meantime, here is an article about PTSD and insomnia that might interest you: https://insomnia.sleep-disorders.net/clinical/ptsd.
